Do you use a collagen?

If you do, when do you take it? I do it in my coffee in the morning and it’s my favorite cup of the day.
This is the first collagen I’ve taken that I ACTUALLY notice a huge difference. Plus, it’s about half the price of my former collagen product.
However, the biggest difference I’ve noticed is in my knees and hip. You know, I’d love to get another MRI and see what that cartilage looks like now.
For optimal results, I take it twice a day.
