Are you team Butter or team Margarine?

Did you know that the vegetable oils used in margarine are actually inflammatory and contribute to heart disease? Plus all the other chemicals! Highly processed junk food.

Ditch it and enjoy Butter, full of omegas, CLA, vitamin A, D, E, K and the kind of fats all of our major organs need to thrive, especially if it is made from pastured grass fed cows.

Eat real food, ditch the sugar.

  1. If you can’t pronounce it, you really shouldn’t be eating it whatever “it” is. After my own lifestyle change in 2020, I dropped almost 50 pounds somewhere between 45 and 60 DAYS just by changing 3 or 4 of the regular items I always get and switching to REAL butter is one of those original items I changed. A lot of my family and friends thought I was sick initially but I actually got MUCH healthier. Having said that, I am 1,000,000% TEAM BUTTER!! No more margarine or anything else I can’t pronounce is in my house or on my rig.
