Can’t beat beets

Beets are known as a Superfood because they offer a winning combination of being rich in nutrients, low in calories, and high in antioxidants.

Beets contain…..

• Manganese, Folate, Vitamin B2 and Potassium, which help support healthy bone and muscle.

• Betaine, an antioxidant, prevents cell damage which can strengthen your fight against cancer, heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes. This is what gives beets their red color!
