Have you ever taken digestive enzymes? I take them before large meals or if I eat a lot of dairy.
The reason?
Taking a digestive enzyme with meals can make a difference in how you feel when you eat. It can reduce the feeling of being overly full, reduce gas and best of all… no bloating!
