Why am I up this early on a SATURDAY?

For those of you who follow me, you know that rarely shop Target or Walmart for cleaning and household supplies. I shop with online Shopping Club that manufactures household products that are affordable and safer for my home, and…that just so happen to be manufactured in the USA.

As for my family…if my Wellness Shopping Club sells it, well, I buy it from them. With over 500 products available and manufactured in the States, I rarely need buy anything from the big box stores other than fresh produce and groceries.

With my allergies, asthma and eczema, I wanted natural, safe, non-toxic, effective and affordable products and it was becoming difficult to find in the “overly fragrant” cleaning aisle of stores that would set of a round of asthma I hated that. Plus when using the products I would break out in painfully itch red rashes.  I really hated cleaning because of that.

Then, 19 years ago, I discovered through a friend, my online Shopping Club! I didn’t overthink making a convenient, simple switching stores decision when my friend shared this Shopping Club with me. I welcomed the idea of a one stop shop for safer products.  Of course, I had some concerns about making regular purchases online, afterall, it was 2004.

Things sure have changed! I keep a running list of items to get in my next order and love the products!

Some of the benefits of this shopping club are:

• Never having to read labels anymore, unless I want to read them.

• Convenient doorstep delivery within 3-4 days.

• Never having to forfeit quality because of cost.

• Never having to worry about supply-chains issues.

• Never having to worry about the price going up so much that it hurts.

I loved this company and the products so much that I had decided to partner up with them in business and share it with others—and that has been a source of income for me for the past 19 years.

One thing that makes me happy is that becoming a customer is completely risk free. I respect this Shopping Club’s honesty, transparency, integrity, loyalty, community, values and morals. I NEVER have to worry about any of my referrals getting hurt in any way by the company or products. The company isn’t going anywhere

I am so honored and blessed to get to share this store and enhance people lives with wellness. I will never stop sharing a store that continues to put their customers first.

This is so much more than amazing products and great income—it’s also about the friendships I have made over the last 19 years with like minded, positive people. That’s PRICELESS

How much are you spending each month on groceries right now?

How much are you spending each month on groceries right now?

Two years ago the home loan interest rate was 3.0% allowing you to own a $700,000 home. That same interest rate is now 7.2% allowing you to own a $400,000 home. Maybe you bought that $700,000 home two years ago, but with rising inflation causing groceries and fuel to soar, you could probably use some additional residual income about now.

I’m been earning residual income for over 18 years with Melaleuca—a totally debt-free company offering safer, more natural, American-made products at Target prices. It never hurts to look at ways to earn some additional residual income and save on your day-to-day consumer products.

Are you open to a cup of coffee and some valuable information?

This January 24 Brighten Someone’s Day

Today is NATIONAL COMPLIMENT DAY. What a wonderful way to brighten someone’s day or to give credit for a job well done! Today’s the day to give an extra compliment to anyone and everyone you meet.. A compliment has a powerful effect. It can instill confidence in a child, or validate someone’s hard work. A compliment not only improves the receiver’s mood, but it also says something about the giver. It tells them you noticed.

Whether we recognize someone’s achievement or their classic style, a compliment can go a long way. To give a great compliment, first be sincere. People have a way of knowing when we are fake. If you don’t mean it, it’s worse than getting a thoughtless birthday gift.

Complimenting character versus a new haircut are different rewards. The first says you respect the person and the other tells them you paid attention. Sometimes the receiver needs to hear one or the other, or both. Human beings like to be unique, original. Strive to compliment what makes a person stand out above the rest. Take the time to reflect on what you admire about the person and go for it.

A bit about my Shopping Club

I love my shopping club but did you know the number one question I get asked is if my Shopping Club’s products are more expensive or cost more? May answer is always NOPE.

The dish soap is less than $4. The laundry detergent costs far less than Tide, and my other household cleaners that compete with 409, Windex and the like, are less than $1 per bottle and smell like botanical flowers

As fo supplements, not only are the good, they are competitively priced. For example: Vitamin D3 is $7.49 for 120 tablets. I consider that a score!

The company offers each new customer the “new customer cleaning pack”. This box of cleaning supplies costs less than $100 and comes with 30 different products , from windows cleaners to floor cleansers and bathroom cleaners to your laundry detergent. This box alone means 64 loads of laundry can be done at a cost of 18¢ per load. That’s some savings!

I’ve yet to find a single product in m nearly 20 years of being a customer that costs more than what I was paying before I switched stores.

This shopping club has:
• Close to 500 products to choose from
• Walmart like pricing
• Whole Foods quality.
• All products are eco-friendly and safe
• No price gouging.
• No lines.
• No leaving the house.
• No one has ever been harmed by these products in the company’s 35 years in business
• Products are so SAFE that Childproof caps NOT REQUIRED (that’s benefit for those with small children)

The best part?
EVERYTHING is delivered to my front door and I get free products every month I shop. Switching stores  20 years ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for me and my family.

Brown Boxes

You may be wondering why I’m posting photos of these boxes? Well,it was 19 years ago that I decided to take a leap of faith for my health and my finances. These brown boxes arrive at my door every month. These boxes remind me that help others and in the process transform my own life. It also reminds me that II made the right decision. Love the products & Love the Company

Why I love my shopping club

In 1991, I was introdced to a company where I could work part-time selling products that I loved and seeing others feel the same about the products.  Yes, it was a party plan, but those social times were fun!

I did well enought to get promoted, but there came a day that selling to meet quotas became a pressure for me. You see,  at the beginning of every month I started over with a zero income base — additional  pressure.  Plus, most of my earned income was not coming from the sales I made. Most of the income came from being a subject matter expert in the field and doing seminars or consultations on how people could improve their lives using these or similar products. That was more fun and being that I was a full time freelance graphic designer first and foremost, the work at home behind those successful years was too much pressure for me.

So, in 2002 I walked away.

After a two-year hiatus. A friend called and told me she found a line of safer for you, less expensive, better-performing products that Ishe thought would help with some of my medical issues. Doubtfully, I tried them,  loved them, and became excited when I discovered I could make money!  That fit my lifestyle!

This online wellness company shared its revenue with shoppers who referred other shoppers to the shop club instead of using paid advertising. Word of mouth testimonials and simple referrals are the reasons the company could use natural, better working ingredients and sell their products at money-saving prices. No paid advertising saves billions!

For almost 20 years, I have received a check every single month from my referrals.  Why does it work?  People love the products and 96%  of the customers I’ve referred order again the next month.

Would you really enjoy a check you could depend on every month that did not require selling products?

It’s an income stream that doesn’t interfere with your main business/priorities — it fits in nicely with my ilfestyle I know this residual income could take  me through my retirement…I thought my story was worth sharing and, if you’re interested in learning more, feel free to contact me.

Can The Fear Of Success Cause Me To Fail?

The fear of failure is easy to understand. We all experience it, even if it
is only from time to time (but it is likely more often). Fear of failure is
right there “in your face”. It presents itself right up front and is obvious.
As I said, fear of failure is easy to understand.

But it may be that the fear of success is your biggest obstacle. It is much more insidious and more difficult to identify. The linked article below Lifehack can be very helpful in identifying that you fear success.

Try saying it to yourself, “I am afraid of being successful”, it doesn’t sound right. It sounds counter-intuitive. Check the behaviors, which indicate that you may, indeed, fear success. The article explains some things that you can do. You probably have heard that your subconscious mind is in charge much more than your conscious mind is.

Don’t be afraid of being extraordinary. Having a strong why can help you overcome the fear of success. Revisit your why often or, more importantly, write it down and keep it in front of you where you will see it often. You and what you can do for you is powerful beyond measure.

If you work hard doing results producing activities, becoming successful is inevitable. You will have your share of failures. It is just part of life. Believing that you deserve or even are entitled to success can make it all happen. It all begins with you. Don’t fear to become rich, standing out or change. Don’t avoid doing two things every day that will lead you to become the awesome you that is within you.

Creating A Team Culture

Constructing a team is a good thing. Creating a “culture” of teamwork is much better. The attached post from “The Balance” can give you important input about creating a culture for your team. These can make a difference in your team’s success.

Teams with a team culture are aware that every success of every individual is the success of the entire team, not just that individual. Share this philosophy with new team members right up front. Knowing that this is a team and collaboration is expected of them will speed their individual accomplishments.

Don’t be shy about reminding them of the value of the culture that drives their successes. Reward and celebrate teamwork and recognize it often. Emphasize that the amounts of their bonuses will depend on how effectively they operate within the team culture.

This post also offers some great tips for team building, itself. Team building is something you do every day. Together you can solve each other’s “real” work issues and problems. Build celebrations around successes and make team collaborations fun and make FUN part of every agenda.

The team concept has quickly become a popular tool for businesses everywhere. That suggests that more and more companies understand that “none of us is as good as all of us”. Make that your belief system and create an environment that has a “system” and allows that system to duplicate. Duplication provides a fast track to success.
