That when you see a little “e” on your skin care products, that means they meet European Beauty and Health Standards. Why is that important? In Europe, they’ve banned over 1300 ingredients in personal care products because of health concerns, while here in the US, only eleven ingredients are off-limits.
And get this…… Many companies make two versions of the same product: a safer, European-standard version and a cheaper, less-regulated American version. (Your cleaning products too!) Turns out, it’s not about our health, it’s about their products.
I purchase my personal care products purposefully. Yes, I want the highest quality, clean ingredients that will perform AND I need to make sure they are manufactured by a company that does not compromise my health!

America’s Most Trusted Brands 2025 study was one of the largest and most comprehensive consumer trust studies ever conducted in the United States. It was completed at a time when overall trust in institutions is at historic lows—yet trust remains one of the most valuable assets a company can earn.
The rankings were determined by USA Today and their research partner, Plant-A Insights Group, which surveyed more than 24,000 US consumers and analyzed 359,000 brand reviews.
The study measured “trust” based on five key factors: • Emotional connection • Trust and transparency • Likelihood to purchase • Alignment with personal values • Reliability
And “little ol us”….. we just be out here competing with the Johnson & Johnson’s and Proctor and Gamble’s of the world and are being recognized as one of the best of the best.
The survey named only one-tent of one percent of ALL American companies as the nation’s most trusted companies. And here we are, just doing our thing…like we have for 40 years.

My family saves so much money shopping here every month. The nontoxic laundry detergent I use is only $19.49 for 96 loads. It also smells AMAZING! It’s scented with essential oils, so I get the great scents without harmful fragrances.

Years ago, I had a huge misconception that safer products meant higher prices and zero scents. I’m happy to admit I was wrong.
