I just received a panicked phone call from a new dad and Wellness Store shopper because the lid to the Koala Pals Baby Bathcame off while bathing his daughter and it got on her face, in her eyes and she may have ingested some.

I promptly told him to call poison control.

Poison control looked up the product and said “She’s fine with that product.”

Yep! they mean it when they safer for your home…little baby was soapy, but safe.

No lawsuits or recalls or babies poisoned This isn’t because kids don’t get into the products or because accidents don’t happen, but because these products are SAFE!

I like to say I only use the best! This baby wash comes from the same online Wellness store where I buy all of my household products and my beef. When you know better, you do better for your family.

Did you know that 90% of the energy used for a load of laundry comes from heating the water? Not washing the laundry—heating the water!
Luckily for me, my favorite non-toxic laundry detergent is designed to work in any water temperature, so ! can wash my things in cold tap water and save around $22 to $25 per month on my electric bill. Not to mention my non-toxic detergent is also a lot less expensive than Tide, and you only need a small amount per load.
Like I always say, some swaps just make life easier—better for your home, your wallet, and the planet!

When people ask why I use the brands I use, I always reply because they are safer for me and my home.
I don’t dust by the cheapest item on the store shelves, I try to buy the best I can afford for my budget. I take into account quality, how long products will last and how they affect my health. For me it’s a simple choice to try to live a healthier lifestyle. When I’m asked for more details, I often refer friends, family and acquaintances to this link so they can see what I see for themselves. Once you switch stores, there is no going back.

These jeans were filthy! Would they ever come clean?

Both of these companies (Norwest and The Wellness Company) have amazing, safer products. But the price difference? It’s huge!

I’m just sharing this because I know so many families are like mine—wanting to ditch the toxins without breaking the bank.
In this economy, every dollar counts and this is one way to do it.
