follow the plan to weight loss?
This is one tip that I’ve used in my home for several years now.
MelaBoost is a laundry fragrance booster that my entire family loves. When the bottle is empty, I fill it up halfway with water and give it a good shake. I mix a few capfuls of rubbing alcohol with it to help it evaporate after I spraying. I had a spare Reivie spray bottle so I decided to use that and wrote “Boost” on the side so I know what I’m grabbing.
So now you are probably wondering, what the heck do I use it for? Well, this is the best way to use every last drop of MelaBoost and I use it as a room refresher spray on soft surfaces, such as the couch; carpet; curtains; blankets; dog beds; and beds. It helps everything smell like heaven and not a a drop of this goodness is wasted!
Give it a try, you can thank me later.
The nutrition industry is unregulated.
That means that companies can advertise a claim, even if they have never tested on that claim. Or they can twist the claims so you think you are getting more out of a product than you are.
For example, you might see a product in the store that claims “Improves inflammation” when the product has never been tested for inflammation.
How can they can get away with that? As long as they have an INGREDIENT that has clinical proof of improving inflammation, then they can say that.
How can you know what’s true? Pay attention to what the label (or commercial) actually says. On a commercial, you’ll probably hear “clinically proven ingredients” instead of “clinically proven to improve”.
My suggestion is to look for these two qualities when you shop for supplements:
Without these two claims of proof, chances are you are wasting your money on your supplements. Shop carefully! There are good resources out there. Feel free to check this out: https://healthyproducts.info/
Our habits (good or bad) can, and do, pass on to our children and our grandchildren.
What can we teach our next generation?
What can you do to help our next generation?
Cholesterol is wrongly demonized. It is actually essential for life and health, that is why our body makes it. Cholesterol is a fat-like, waxy substance that helps your body make cell membranes, many hormones, and vitamin D. The cholesterol in your blood comes from two sources: the foods you eat and your liver. Sugars and carbs and insulin is what makes it a problem, not fats.
Natural remedies are the best if at all possible!
Don’t believe the big box store brands when they say they are safer!!
How safe and effective is your sunscreen? I know mine is safe & effective… is yours?

It’s hot and sizzling…time for BBQ! So, what’s a BBQ without the best beef you can get?

Personally, I believe allergy sufferers (like me) deserve cost-effective treatment options. Which is why I buy from the Online Wellness Store.
When it comes to healthier and more cost-effective allergy solutions, this is one pharmaceutical grade solution for me and my family’s health care needs.
