The value of my shopclub is truly unparalleled. They deliver my Peak Performance Pack, complete with the Oligo patent, right to my doorstep. This pack provides minerals and nutrients with an impressive 85% absorption rate into my cells. This is crucial because I understand that healthy cells lead to healthy organs and tissues, and so forth. Prevention truly begins from the inside out. Every morning, I get fresh, nutritional supplements, not like my former store brands that can sit in storage for six to twelve months or more.
I love the “just in time” manufacturing process. I’d love to tell you more about this great company!
I know mine does. I had a doctor once tell me that many asthmatics were low in magnesium and it seemed to be a factor in severity of asthma attacks. Once I heard that, I figured I’d tart taking magnesium. After all what could happen? My asthma could get better? For me that would be a win. So I started with some supplements and they helped.
But then I came across Mela-Out and it was a powdered magnesium to mix into your water. I had to try it.I found d out drinking one glass of Mela-Out Magnesium helped me to relax and breathe easier. I also became better at managing everyday stress. So, in my case, my doctor was right!
Benefits of Magnesium:
• Magnesium helps you sleep • Magnesium calms your mind • Magnesium reduces muscle cramps • Magnesium relieves headaches • Magnesium strengthens bones • Magnesium lowers blood pressure
Magnesium is involved in over 600 enzymatic reactions in the body and if you aren’t supplementing, you’re probably not getting enough.
I do…and I find this natural supplement absolutely amazing! I am down quite a few inches and they are NOT coming back. My appetite has been reduced and the best part? No more cravings especially for sugary sweets. Some people call it nature’s Ozempic, I don’t know if it’s true, but overall, I feel better. I think it’s given me amazing results. Have you tried it?
This shipment includes Sol-U-Guard Botanical wipes (similar to chlorox wipes but non-toxic) to kill germs on my work desk, Simply Fit snack bars for a quick snack, Vitamin Essential pack of vitamins, Luminex to help stress/anxiety, Florify probiotic for improving gut health, and Unforgettables for supporting optimal brain health.

Osteoporosis means “Porous Bones”. It’s a disease that weakens bones, and once you have it, you’re at a greater risk for sudden and unexpected bone fractures. Osteoporosis means that you have less bone mass and strength. The disease often develops without any symptoms or pain, and it is usually not discovered until the weakened bones cause painful fractures. Most of these are fractures of the hip, wrist and spine.
The precursor to Osteoporosis in Osteopenia. If you are slender, of Northern European descent, and fair-skinned or blonde, you are most likely a poster child for Osteopenia. It’s very important to be proactive by making healthy lifestyle choices. Not smoking or misusing substances also decreases your risk. Vitamin supplements that contribute to bone health, such as vitamin D, calcium, and vitamin K should also be a staple in your diet to avoid bone weakness later in life.
Whether you have osteopenia or osteoporosis, you can build your bone density back up. Lifting weights, participating in pilates and strength training will help to promote new bone growth and maintain existing bone structure.
However, if you are on a drug like Fosamax or Boniva, they STOP your body’s natural ability to produce bone. Those drugs do produce bone but a very poor quality bone with a high probability for breaking later. Having worked marketing some of these pharmaceuticals, and reading the Physicians Information (PI), I personally would refuse to take those drugs. I would opt to improve my bone health naturally—focusing on proper exercise, nutrition and supplementation.
I believe in taking a proactive approach to my healthcare. I fully respect the medical community, but I came to realize that we need to do our own due diligence when it comes to health. Medication is necessary at times, but there is so much more we can do proactively, especially for prevention—taking the right, proven supplements that could make the difference..
This article is a good one regarding your options for osteoporosis. PYou have a choice. Be educated.
That means that companies can advertise a claim, even if they have never tested on that claim. Or they can twist the claims so you think you are getting more out of a product than you are. For example, you might see a product in the store that claims “Improves inflammation” when the product has never been tested for inflammation. How can they can get away with that? As long as they have an INGREDIENT that has clinical proof of improving inflammation, then they can say that. How can you know what’s true? Pay attention to what the label (or commercial) actually says. On a commercial, you’ll probably hear “clinically proven ingredients” instead of “clinically proven to improve”. My suggestion is to look for these two qualities when you shop for supplements:
Clinical third party proof of absorption, ideally at the cellular level and not just the bloodstream
Clinical third party studies of proof of performance
Without these two claims of proof, chances are you are wasting your money on your supplements. Shop carefully! There are good resources out there. Feel free to check this out: https://healthyproducts.info/
Did you know that magnesium plays a crucial role in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body?
From supporting muscle function; increasing overall health; reducing stress; promoting pancreatic health; and encouraging better sleep—this mighty mineral offers a plethora of health benefits.
Daily recommendations are around 400 mg for adults. A few food options include: • Almonds – 1 oz = 89 mg • Chia seeds – 1 oz = 111 mg • Pumpkin seeds – 1oz = 156 mg • Spinach – 1/2 cup = 78 mg
Although those foods are all delicious – I prefer this pink drink. A single serving is a quick and easy way to get 250 mg! Oh, did I mention it only has five calories? Say hello to improved health and vitality with magnesium!
