What: FIT FOR FALL CHALLENGE When: October 5-November 17, 2025 Registration: $10.00 What is your goal this year? To lose weight, to be healthy, learn healthy lifestyle, etc.? If so, join us for the upcoming 2025 R3 FIT FOR FALL CHALLENGE. We have these challenges three times a year, but I have been attending and following R3 for for several years and was a second place winner in my age group in 2022 . My initial goal was for health reasons—lose that 100+ pounds that I’d been carting around for years and develop a healthier lifestyle. That goal was achieved—I lost 30-pounds within that first six-week program in 2022 —and it sparked me to continue losing weight and by April of 2023 I had reached my goal weight. Throughout my journey, I’ve seen many success stories and heard moving testimonials. My and others’ success led me to apply for R3 certification. Now, I can help others as I was helped. So, WHAT IS R3? It is more than weight loss—it’s a lifestyle. It is resetting your metabolism during the first two weeks, called RESET. Then adding high fiber, low-carb foods during the second phase, called REINTRODUCE. Finally, it is continuing the habits you learned and having one indulgent, pleasure meal during REAL LIFE. At the end of the six weeks, if you have more weight to lose, you start the six weeks over again. If you are happy with your results, you follow the habits you have established. By joining the CHALLENGE GROUP, you will get daily support through our Facebook group. We share recipes, offer solutions, have guest chefs, have exercise sessions, and Susan Lovisek-Torborg (the developer of R3) takes center stage in explaining what to do step-by-step through each phase of the program. Many of us became Certified R3 Experts last August and will be on hand to offer encouragement and motivation! One more thing, you can win prizes, and some of them are HUGE! WHY DO THIS? I would ask, why not? Don’t you want to take charge of your health through nutrition and exercise? Don’t you want to breathe better, move better, take less medicine or none at all, be happier, and enjoy life? With this lifestyle, I am grateful to have the energy despite many stressful and challenging times. So thankful to God for His strength and blessings! HOW TO JOIN? Contact me! I can send you the link to sign up for the Challenge. Just let me know that you joined so I can also guide you free of charge! LET’S DO THIS TOGETHER!
Reaching out to help households find healthier, money saving, time saving, and better working is a joyful mission. Today, I’m sharing what our Shopper Tina S. shared with us. “Since today is laundry day, I thought I’d share what we’ve been using for many years. I get it from our online shopping club and it is amazing! It uses a pump that is pre-measured so it takes all the guess work out of doing the laundry. It’s super concentrated, so you only need one third of an ounce per load which means I’m saving lots of money…and there aren’t any of the harsh chemicals to give us skin issues, breathing problems or make us sick. I love this laundry line because of how affordable it is and how well it works. I cannot get enough of the scent either—the Lavender scent is my favorite. I will never go back to those other brands EVER! It costs only $19.49 for 96 loads which makes me One Happy Shopper!
Out of all of the careers I’ve had, helping others to reach their goals physically, mentally and financially is the best choice I have ever made!!
To say the R3 program has been a game changer for me is an understatement. R3 has significantly improved the quality of my life in not only managing my tremendous weight loss three years ago, but it has also improved my energy levels, sleep habits and my mood. I’m happier now and know those one-hundred-plus pounds are NEVER coming back.
Recently, I was invited to join a weekly “Wellness Zoom Party” with five other R3 Coaches. We all took turns sharing advice, tips and the impact it’s made on our individual lives. There were so many remarkable success stories as well as non-scale victory stories told. Hearing how this program has changed the lives of so many others, fuels me to continue to share R3 with as many people as I am able.
Probably not because high blood pressure typically doesn’t have any symptoms. Sorry, trick question. That’s why we need to routinely measure our blood pressure!
And yet…. this is a problembecause it means that often the first people learn about it is when they sustain some vascular injury as a result (stroke, heart attack, kidney disease, etc)
What IS high blood pressure? Well, a US survey found, in answer to a multiple choice question on the topic:
25% believed that anything under 140/90 was fine
18% considered 130/90 to be the threshold
16% thought it was 140/80
13% got it right, at 130/80
We should aim for 120/80. But did you know that 120/79 qualifies as elevated blood pressure? Incidentally, the best workout to lower high blood pressure is isometric exercises (i.e. exercises where you hold a position without moving, such as wall sits or abdominal planks). There’s always something new to learn!
Testosterone plays a key role for both men and women. It impacts muscle and bone mass, red blood cell production and sexual characteristics. It also influences sexual drive, mood, and even body fat distribution. I recently learned a shocking statistic: The average 26 year-old man has the testosterone of a 65 year-old man from previous generations. Yes, testosterone declines as we get older due to stress, lack of exercise and exposure to toxins, but that stat is scary.
For women worried about osteoporosis, taking testosterone is a proactive way to help prevent it. But if you are a woman and you want to take a testosterone supplement, I recommend you get your labs done first. Then if you do want to take a testosterone supplement, start slow. Maybe a half dose every other day.
Remember, this is a hormone that we want to keep balanced. You don’t want it too low but you don’t want it too high either.

I love where i shop and have for the past 20-plus years. Let me know if you’s like to join me on this healthy path.
Y’all! In the 20.5 years I’ve been with my company there is not ONE natural disaster on US soil that they haven’t RUN INTO with boots on the ground helping where the community needs it most. When Hurricanes Ian and Nichole hit our area, they sent a plane full of volunteer firemen from Idaho with chainsaws & generators. Then they filled the local food distribution sites with hydration drinks and protein bars. Tens of thousands of dollars poured into our community. Every hurricane, every flood, every fire, every tornado, every single event, They show up.
Now…Texas communities are receiving supplies…from hand sanitizer, non-toxic mold removal cleaner, protein bars, personal care items….whatever the community needs, they are there.
It is the one foundation/non profit that I donate generously to every single month because I know that 100% of the money is going to the cause…not to run it. I am so proud to be part of a company who lives out our mission statement in ALL that we do!
