Being Frugal

Who else here is frugal?

I sure am! I cut open bottles to get every last drop.

This lotion took me a year to use up because I bought two—one for upstairs and one for downstairs. It’s great for eczema and rosacea, but I just love that it keeps my hands soft even after washing, and it kills germs with just one application.

How’s your health?

Unfortunately today, most conventional measures are a band-aid for symptoms without getting to the root cause.

Whether our bodies function, move or perform well has everything to do with the lifestyle stimulus we give it on a daily basis. The body needs a few simple things, and without them we cannot achieve our full health or human potential.

If we short change our body over time we eventually pay a big price. If we invest in ourself daily with a few simple principles and know about alternative natural health options, we can maximize the days in our life and the life in our days.

Clean savings!

I don’t know about you but my frugal self will always try to save money wherever I can—especially with this crazy inflation.

Last year, I happily purchases some household goods from my favorite online wellness store. The package arrived two days later. My favorite product wa part of the order it comes in concentrated form. This small bottle concentrate costs $6.99, but when mixed as directed, makes six spray bottles of full-strength cleaner. This makes it so economical— at $1.16 per spray bottle. That’s less than what you’d pay at the Dollar Tree.

It’s time for me to reorder this all-purpose cleaner and I still don’t have to go to the store for it and I know it will be here in two or three days.

I love these kind of savings!

This is worth sharing

For twelve years I was selling products that I loved and loved seeing others feeling the same. It was party plan days (100 years ago) and those social times themselves were fun!

Then there was a day that selling to meet quotas became a pressure for me–and starting over at zero income at the beginning of the month was pressure to me. When I started home care for my parents, the work at home behind those successful years was too much pressure for me. So I walked away.

After a a few years, I found a line of safer for you, less expensive, better-performing products that I loved and got really excited when I learned I did not have to sell them to make money. That fit my lifestyle!! (anything involving just talking fits my lifestyle.)

I discovered that this online Wellness company shared its revenue with those who referred shoppers to the Shopping Club instead of using paid advertising. That was the reason they could use natural, better working ingredients and sell their products for such reasonable prices. No paid advertising saves billions! For twenty years, I have gotten a check every single month from my referrals. Why does it work? People love the products and 96% of the customers I refer order the next month.

Would you really enjoy a check you could depend on every month that did not require selling products? It’s an income stream that doesn’t interfere with your main business/priorities – it fits in between very nicely.
People are needing solutions these days.

There’s nothing better

than a great cup of organic black coffee early in the morning.

Nothing added to this one—black Sweet Cherry Vanilla. Rich taste. Delicious.

Starting the day off right!

My Thoughtful Approach to Success

In the world of wellness and personal growth, it’s essential to approach people with thoughtfulness and intention. This means prioritizing those who are willing to help themselves and fostering an environment that values personal growth and education.

Success in this industry is often found by staying connected to those who are passionate about teaching and learning in areas that are new to us. It’s about matching people’s energy and not chasing after those who don’t share our vision. This approach is not about pushing for sales or forcing a connection, but about building genuine relationships based on shared interests and goals.

This approach is deeply rooted in faith and a commitment to personal and professional development. It’s about recognizing that we are all on a journey of growth and that we can support each other along the way. By fostering a community of like-minded individuals, we can all learn, grow, and succeed together.

Remember, the journey to success is not a sprint, but a marathon. It’s about taking the time to build meaningful relationships, staying committed to personal growth, and always striving to learn and improve. With this approach, success in the wellness industry is not just possible, but inevitable.

So start using the tools that you have been gifted. Will it always be easy, no. Will it be difficult at times, yes. Will it be worth it, you bet it will! Remember keep going, never quit.

Our bodies need magnesium

I know mine does. I had a doctor once tell me that many asthmatics were low in magnesium and it seemed to be a factor in severity of asthma attacks. Once I heard that, I figured I’d tart taking magnesium. After all what could happen? My asthma could get better? For me that would be a win. So I started with some supplements and they helped.

But then I came across Mela-Out and it was a powdered magnesium to mix into your water. I had to try it.I found d out drinking one glass of Mela-Out Magnesium helped me to relax and breathe easier. I also became better at managing everyday stress. So, in my case, my doctor was right!

Benefits of Magnesium:

Magnesium helps you sleep
Magnesium calms your mind
Magnesium reduces muscle cramps
Magnesium relieves headaches
Magnesium strengthens bones
Magnesium lowers blood pressure

Magnesium is involved in over 600 enzymatic reactions in the body and if you aren’t supplementing, you’re probably not getting enough.

You are important enough to take care of you!
