Self Care is so important!

What are YOU doing to take care of yourself this weekend?

Making your personal health a priority can make your week be more productive and enjoyable!

Clean your bathroom without compromise!

Here’s a reality check: a 20-year independent study found that using common household cleaners, including chlorine bleach, as little as once a week damaged lung capacity as much as smoking a pack of cigarettes every day for 20 years!

There’s a safer way to clean. Tub & Tile melts away soap scum and hard water spots with safer ingredients such as citric acid, like that found in lemons. No harsh fumes or abrasives, so you can clean without compromise!

Can’t beat beets

Beets are known as a Superfood because they offer a winning combination of being rich in nutrients, low in calories, and high in antioxidants.

Beets contain…..

• Manganese, Folate, Vitamin B2 and Potassium, which help support healthy bone and muscle.

• Betaine, an antioxidant, prevents cell damage which can strengthen your fight against cancer, heart disease and Type 2 Diabetes. This is what gives beets their red color!

• Beta Carotine, which helps to support eye health and prevent eye disease. This is found in the beet greens!

Plus, beets have an anti-inflammatory effect that may reduce your risk for cognitive decline. Research shows that drinking beetroot juice may help boost your levels of hemoglobin, a type of cell responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body.

When buying beets, look for tender ones that are medium size. And be sure you buy them with the stalks!

May I treat you…

Are you confused by all the info out there that is encouraging you to use this or that product to improve your lifestyle?
I was in that same boat nearly 20 years as I was seeking healthy avenues to take care of my personal health and the health
of my family’s home environment.

I had a good friend share with me about an American-born company; a company that was debt free; and a company that offered products made with the best of science and nature designed to help with my personal health and the health of my home environment. At first I was skeptical.

But you know what? I was the best shopping decision I ever made!

Are you ready to get off the treadmill of information overload and learn about a company that offers real products for real people? Products that they really need?

May I treat you to a cup of coffee or iced tea and share about this company?

Are your store bought supplements fresh?

Have you ever wondered why there are so many yellow stickers on the vitamins at your local Walgreens or CVS?
It’s because store vitamins can lose their potency sitting on a shelf for six months or more.

For the pass 19 years my nutritional supplement pack has been delivered fresh to my door. My supplements and vitamins ave a unique patented delivery system called Oligo which helps to deliver the minerals and nutrients more efficiently to my body’s cells. What’s even more remarkable is that my supplements have an 85% absorption rate.

CUCUMBERS!!!

I love cucumbers! I eat at least one cucumber a day.

Cucumbers contain magnesium, potassium, and vitamin K. These three nutrients are vital for the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system. Plus a regular intake of cucumber can lower blood pressure, decrease bad cholesterol and lower blood sugar levels as well!

Cucumbers play a big daily role for me in my meals and salads, but you can also add it to your water!
